  • Sprints/Jumps 2/13-17 Monday Sprinters: Intensive Tempo—180 in 25 (boys) or 30 (girls) x 5-6 in flats with 3-4 min rest High Jumpers: Add pop-up drill off of box and backbends to the end of your workout.   Tuesday Sprinters: 4x1 handoffs in spikes. Hurdlers: drills, over 2 adjusted hurdles Squat 3x70%/80%/90% plus 3x3x70%, RDL   Thursday: Sprinters: Extensive Tempo—10+ diagonals on the field. Block starts x4.
